The graphical and diagrammatic representation of data means the presentation of numerical information in the visual form which is attractive and illustrative. Pictures, diagrams and graphs are used for making the presentation more simple and informative than the tabular data. A diagram or graph will convey much more information than numbers and tables.
Importance of Diagrams and Graphs
The pictorial presentation of data has some advantages over tabular presentation. The diagrams and graphs play a major role in presenting the numerical data. The numerical data may be easily analyzed if they are represented in the form of pictures and graphs.
