Course Objectives: 

  1. Recognize the interdisciplinary area of Nanoscience and Technology
  2. Realize different nano systems and recognize the advanced tools used for their analysis
  3. Understand the reasons behind size dependent physical or chemical properties of nanomaterials
  4. Analyze the phase transformation process and understand how to control that process for nanostructure creation
  5. Introduce different methods available for the fabrication of nanostructures
