This course covers thermodynamics of electrolyte solution, Ion - Solvent interaction, Debye - Huckel Model for electrolyte solutions, Electrical Conductance and Debye - Huckel - Onsager equations will be the main contents in this course. 

Course Objective

1. Describe the theories effecting ionic conductance and apply the concepts to calculate conductance behavior of a given systems

2. To understand the working principle and advancement in futuristic electrochemical devices.
